Save Time and Money
For business travelers and tour operators, there are more than 2 million hotels, guesthouses, hostels, and flats from which to select.
In a single system with a user-friendly interface, you can quickly book hotels and other travel-related services at great prices.
The B2B model gives you access to net rates, to which you may apply whatever markup that suits your needs. You can also use the commission model.
All your issues will be resolved by our 24/7 multi-lingual support service.
You get real-time access to all information regarding orders, bills, vouchers, reports, and so on. This makes it easier for you to manage reservations and tailor reporting to your preferences.
You can count on absolute dependability. We manually precheck all reservations and confirm each order's specifics with the hotel to make sure they are prepared for your visitors.
You may browse a variety of hotels and other related travel services on our website and make straight online reservations. However, there are circumstances when we must assist your customer in making reservations for non-standard lodging under non-standard terms. For this, we have a specific division that handles individual reservations.
In challenging circumstances, such as when the customer demands a customized approach yet you need to maximize efficiency, the FIT department is indispensable.
We make contact with the hotel, look through the conditions of accommodations, bargain to secure the best rates for your customer, and then come to an arrangement with the hotel.
Therefore, your client recieves the best prices, an assurance that their request will be met, and a customized response rather than having to deal with legal and administrative concerns.
Send a request if you'd like to request a specific service.
A group reservation consists of more than six rooms.
When making this kind of reservation, specific accommodations are sometimes required, such as that all of the rooms be on the same floor, a hotel conference room be available, or reservations for restaurant tables be made in advance.
Coordination of all customer needs and selection of a hotel accommodating them takes time. The group reservations team at Traminno will assist you in resolving these problems.
In addition to making hotel reservations, we also handle ordering extra services, equipment, catering, banquet preparation, coffee breaks, transportation. Events at the hotel include training sessions, seminars, and conferences.
Connection in a matter of hours: multifunctional online interface, quick platform connection, direct API connectivity, and personalized, dependable white labels with a beautiful design. The necessity for straightforward code and the dependability principle serve as our guidelines for developing integrations. Your demands will be adequately accommodated by the goods.

For each individual rate, you'll get a comparison with current market rates. You may evaluate the benefits of working with Traminno for yourself by contrasting our rates with those in the market for each rate.

A1. Definitions
Please refer to the "traminno.com dictionary" at the end of these Terms because some of the words you'll encounter have very particular definitions.
A2. Terms
1. By completing your Booking, you agree to all of the conditions that are supplied to you, including these conditions.
2. In the event that any provision of these Terms is (or becomes) unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding upon you.
3. These terms are organized as follows:
General Terms for All Types of Travel Experiences, Section A.
Specific terminology, for only one type of travel experience, are found in Sections B through F:
Section B: Facilities
Attractions Section
Vehicle Rentals Section
Section E: Air Travel
Section F: Public and Private Transportation
The specific Terms shall govern in the event of any inconsistency between the general and special Terms.
4. The original of these Terms is in English. The Terms as they exist in English will be applied if there is any disagreement regarding them or any inconsistency between them and the Terms in any other language. (At the top of this page, you can change the language.)
A3. Details regarding traminno.com
1. When you purchase a hotel, airline, or attraction, traminno.com supplies the Platform and is in charge of it, but not the actual travel experience (see A4.4 below).
2. When you reserve a rental car or other type of transportation, traminno.com Transport Limited is in charge of the Platform but not the actual travel experience (see section A4.4 below).
3. We collaborate with organizations that offer local support services (such account management or customer support). They don't: - Manage or control our platform; - run their own platform; - have a business or legal arrangement with you; - offer travel experiences.
- Act as our "process or service agents" by representing us, entering into agreements with third parties, or accepting legal documents on our behalf.
A4. Our Platform
1. Although we use reasonable care to provide our Platform—we obtain the information from the Service Providers—we cannot guarantee that all of the content is correct. We will do everything we can to repair any errors, disruptions, or missing information as quickly as we can, but to the fullest degree allowed by law, we can't be held liable for them.
2. No Service Provider or its facilities, vehicles, services, or other offerings are recommended or endorsed by Our Platform.
3. We are not a party to the terms that apply to your relationship with the Service Provider. The Travel Experience is exclusively the Service Provider's responsibility.
4. You might need to create an account in order to make a Booking. Please double-check that all of your information is accurate and current, including payment and contact information, otherwise you might not be able to access your travel experience(s). Please don't allow anyone else to use your account, and keep your username and password private as you are liable for anything that occurs while it is in their possession.
5. In (what we believe to be) the most appropriate language for you, we shall present the offers that are accessible to you. Alternate languages are available at any time.
6. You must be at least 16 years old to utilize the Platform, unless otherwise stated.
A5. Our Values
1. You’ll uphold our principles -
Use the Travel Experience and/or Platform for their intended purposes. - Comply with all applicable laws. - Cooperate with any anti-fraud/anti-money laundering checks we need to conduct. - Do not cause any disruption or damage. - Do not act inappropriately around the staff of the Service Provider (or anyone else, for that matter).
A6. Prices
1. By making a Booking, you agree to pay the full price of the Travel Experience, including any applicable fees and taxes.
2. It's possible that some of the prices you see were rounded to the next whole number. Your payment will be based on the original, "non-rounded" price, even though there won't be much of a change in actual price.
3. Plain mistakes and typos are not legally binding. at instance, if you reserve a premium vehicle or a stay in a luxury suite that was inadvertently listed at €1, we may cancel the Booking and issue a full refund.
4. A crossed-out price represents a like-for-like pricing. Making a reservation without the price decrease ('like-for-like' means the same dates, the same policies, the same caliber of the lodging, the vehicle, the class of travel, etc.).
A7. Payment
1. The Service Provider may need an upfront payment and/or a payment taken during your travel experience for certain goods and services.
If you choose to have us manage your payment and see that your transaction with our Service Provider is completed, we (or, in some situations, our associate in the nation your payment originated from) will be in charge of handling your payment. Your payment here represents the 'due and payable' price's complete settlement.
If the Service Provider charges you, this will typically happen in person at the beginning of your Travel Experience, but it may also happen in other ways, including charging your credit card when you make the reservation or collecting payment when you check out of your lodging. Depending on the company's stance on upfront payments as stated in the Booking procedure.
2. When you make your Booking, the upfront payment—which can be non-refundable—may be accepted or pre-authorized if the Service Provider requests it. Because we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the Service Provider's upfront payment policy, please review it before making a reservation.
3. Please inform your payment provider if you are aware of or suspect any fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method. Your payment provider may be able to repay any associated costs, maybe less an excess.
4. We may: - Show prices in your own currency if the platform currency you choose is different from the service provider's currency.
- Give you the choice to pay with your own currency.
When checking out, in the booking information of your account, or (if you don't have an account) in the email we gave you, you can view our currency conversion rate. If we do charge you for any of these services, the cost will be represented as a percentage over the rates of the European Central Bank. You can be assessed a foreign transaction fee by your card's issuer.
5. Following your consent, we shall keep the information related to your payment method for use in future transactions.
A8. Policies

- Give you the choice to pay with your own currency.

This applies to all pricing components and/or any required damage deposits. If they do, they may decide to return any non-refundable payments you have paid. It is your duty to ensure that the payment is made on time, that all account information is accurate, and that there are sufficient funds in your account.

5. To be clear, we disclaim all responsibility and liability for any image posted to our platform. We reserve the right to remove any image at our discretion (for example, if we determine that an image does not adhere to the aforementioned standards).
A13. What if an issue arises?
1. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you have a question or a concern. You can enter your Booking, use our app, or our Help Centre (where you can also find some helpful FAQs) to do this. 6. We do our best to resolve conflicts internally, and we are not required to participate in any alternative dispute resolution processes administered by third parties.
A14. Interaction with the Service Provider
We might facilitate communication between you and your service provider, but we can't promise that they'll listen to what you have to say or comply with your requests. The mere fact that you or they get in touch with one another does not, by itself, establish a basis for legal action.
A15. Actions to Prevent Unacceptable Behaviour
1. We reserve the right to prevent you from using our Platform, our Customer Service, your Account, or making any Bookings. We also reserve the right to cancel any Bookings you have previously made. Of course, we'll only take this action if we believe there is a compelling basis to do so, such as: - Fraud or abuse
- Failure to abide by our values or any applicable rules or legislation
- Unsuitable or illegal conduct (such as violence, threats, or violation of privacy) toward us, any of the businesses we partner with, or anybody else for that matter.
2. You won't be eligible for a refund if we have to cancel a Booking as a result. Unless doing so would (a) violate any applicable laws or (b) hinder or prohibit the investigation or prevention of fraud or other criminal acts, we may explain why we had to cancel your Booking. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team if you think your Booking has been wrongly canceled by us.
A16. Liability Limitation
1. We will only be responsible for costs you incur as a direct result of our failure, to the extent permitted by obligatory consumer law. This means that we won't be responsible for anything, for example:
- Unintentional loss or damage
- Inaccurate information regarding a service provider - A service provider's or another business partner's product, service, or conduct - An error in an email address, phone number, or credit card number (unless it was our error)
- A force majeure or unavoidable circumstance.
2. To the extent permitted by law, if you violate these Terms and/or the terms of the Service Provider: - We will not be responsible for any costs you incur as a result; - You will not be eligible for a refund.
3. As far as the law will allow, the maximum we or any Service Provider will be responsible for (whether for a single event or a string of related events) is the amount of your Booking, as stated in your confirmation email.
4. These conditions do not restrict our (or the Service Provider's) responsibility for either (i) carelessness that results in a death or personal injury or (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
5. Other than what is specifically stated in these Terms, we don't provide any guarantees about the goods and services offered by Service Providers. You alone are responsible for making the best decision(s).
6. Just to be clear, nothing in these Terms grants any rights to anybody other than the Service Provider.
7. Mandatory consumer protection laws and regulations may shield you from harm and grant you rights that no contract you sign with a firm may revoke. In that situation, in addition to these Terms, any applicable consumer protection laws and regulations also govern our liability.
A17. Governing Law and Forum
1. These Terms and our services will be regulated by Dutch law (for lodging, flights, or attractions) or English law (for vehicle rentals and private/public transportation), to the extent permitted by necessary local (consumer) law.
2. Any disputes will only be brought before the appropriate courts in Amsterdam (for hotels, flights, or attractions) or England and Wales (for vehicle rentals and private/public transportation), to the degree authorized by necessary local (consumer) law.
A18. Travel Arrangements that Linked Up
1. You won't be eligible for package rights under the EU's Directive (EU) 2015/2302 or the UK's Package Travel and Liability Act if you: - Book additional travel services for your trip or vacation within the same visit to the Platform after selecting and paying for one travel service; - Book additional travel services for your trip or holiday via a link provided to you by us no later than 24 hours after receiving confirmation of your initial Booking with us. As a result, we won't be held accountable for such travel services being provided properly. Please get in touch with the appropriate service provider in case of issues.
2. The travel services in either of these scenarios will be included in a linked travel arrangement rather than a package. In that event, traminno.com is protected to return your payments for services that were canceled due to traminno.com's bankruptcy, as required by EU and UK law. Please be aware that in the event of the applicable Service Provider's bankruptcy, this does not provide a refund.
3. Traminno.com has voluntarily extended this insolvency protection to clients outside of the EU and UK who have made several reservations through the website that, in accordance with the Package Travel Requirements, comprise Linked Travel Arrangements. This extension only covers money that traminno.com has received.
4. For any money sent directly to Traminno.com, a bank guarantee with Deutsche Bank operated by Sedgwick International UK has been taken out to provide insolvency protection.
5. If the services are declined due to traminno.com's bankruptcy, travelers may get in touch with Sedgwick International UK (60 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 4AD, the United Kingdom; phone: +44 207 530 0600; email: helpline@uk.sedgwick.com).
6. Take note: Contracts with parties other than traminno.com, which can be carried out despite traminno.com's insolvency, are not covered by this insolvency protection.
7. Please refer to Directive (EU) 2015/2302 as it has been incorporated into national law in the United Kingdom or the European Union.
B. Modifications
B1. Purpose of this Section
1. This section covers the precise words for Accommodations related goods and services
B2. Relationship under the Contract
1. You communicate directly with the Service Provider when you make a Booking. As a "contractual party" to your Booking, we are not.
2. The Platform is owned and run by Traminno LLC.
3. Not all of the accommodations' goods or services may be displayed on our Platform, which only displays lodgings with which we have a business relationship.
4. The information on Service Providers (such as their properties, house rules, and sustainability initiatives) and their Travel Experiences (such as their costs, availability, and cancellation policies) is based on the information they give us. They are in charge of making sure it is correct and current.
B3. Our Commitments
1. We offer the platform through which service providers can advertise and market their lodgings, and you can find, evaluate, and book them.
2. After you've made a reservation for lodging, we'll provide information about your Booking, including the names of the guest(s), to you and the Service Provider.
3. Depending on the conditions of your Booking, we might be able to assist you with changing or canceling it.
B4. Your Responsibilities
1. Make sure that all of your contact information is accurate so that we and/or the Service Provider can update you about your Booking and, if necessary, get in touch with you.
2. Carefully read these Terms as well as the ones that are displayed throughout the reservation process.
3. Maintain the lodging and all of its furnishings, fittings, gadgets, and other belongings, and leave everything in the same condition that you found it. Make careful to inform the staff of any broken, damaged, or lost items as soon as possible, preferably before you leave.
4. During your visit, maintain the safety of the lodging and its belongings. Don't, for instance, leave windows or doors unlocked.
B5. Price and Payment
1. See ‘Prices’ (A6) and ‘Payment’ (A7) above.
B6. Modifications, Refunds, and Cancellations
1. See ‘Policies’ (A8) above.
B7. What else do you require to know about?
1. We price match because we want you to always get the best deal. We pledge to repay the difference if you find the same accommodation (with the same circumstances) for less on another website after you've made a reservation with us, subject to the terms and limitations of the We Price Match policy.
Partner Offer -
2. Some of the offers on our platform are identified as "Partner offers," which indicates that they were submitted to us by an traminno.com partner business rather than directly from a Service Provider. If not specified differently, any Partner offer that you reserve:
- Must be paid for at the time of reservation - Unchangeable. But as long as you do it, you will be able to cancel it for free if it allows free cancellation and as long as you do it in time.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, incentives, or awards
- Not eligible for rating or review on our platform.
Discounts provided by traminno.com
3. We, not the Service Provider, are responsible for some of the price reductions you see. Simply put, we shoulder a portion of the expense.
How We Work
Visit How We Work for information on ratings, rankings, and how we earn money (among other things).
Damage Policy
4. You might notice that some Service Providers mention a "damage policy" when you make a reservation. Accordingly, if someone in your organization misplaces or harms anything:
The Service Provider should be notified. The Service Provider will have 14 days to submit a damage payment request through our Platform, under your reservation number. If they do, we'll let you know so you can let us know if you have any questions or concerns and whether you agree with the charge. Next:
If you accept, we'll bill you on their behalf. If not, we'll investigate and decide whether or not to continue the conversation.
5. The maximum amount the Service Provider may charge you under the damage coverage through our Platform has a cap (which is displayed while you are booking).
6. We would merely be organizing the payment on the Service Provider's behalf; any payment you make would be between the Service Provider and you.
7. The damage policy does not apply to routine cleaning, normal wear and tear, any crimes (such as theft), or any 'damages' that are not actually physical (such as fines for smoking or bringing pets).
8. Prior to or at check-in, the service provider may request a "damage deposit." The 'damage policy' has nothing to do with it, but if they do, we'll let you know about it when you make your reservation. No financial settlement involving damage deposits will include us. In the event that there is any damage, the Service Provider may choose to file a (legal) claim against you independent of the damage policy, in which case the limit (see number five above) would not be applicable.
